At L'ERA Jewellery, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Place the jewellery securely in its original L'ERA presentation box and protective mailer to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
